Job Responsibility：

1、熟悉橡胶制品（三元乙丙）等原辅料特性，以及相应的法律法规；

2、具备一定的橡胶制品研究开发的相关专业理论知识，并具备较强的操作技能，并有一定的实验能力；

3、了解相关橡胶制品等行业的生产流程与工艺要求及相关辅料的使用；

4、具有橡胶制品等开发研究工作经验，在相关行业从事过1年以上的研究开发工作或检验工作，能够按照开发计划，组织实施新产品或新技术的开发任务。

Job Requiremens

1、本科及以上学历，高分子材料类专业，2年以上橡胶研发工作经验，有专利申请经验，具备优秀的团队管理能力；

2、具备良好的表达和沟通能力，并具有较强的分析问题、解决问题的能力和团队合作意识。
